I recently represented some clients that were ripped off by a RV Dealer.  The dealer denied any wrongdoing.  The arbitrator disagreed, and found Portland RV Wholesale was in violation of the Unlawful Trade Practices Act (ORS 646.608).  The total award was $15,939.12.
