I’m Jeremiah, and I’m here to fight for you.
As a Portland-based attorney and veteran of the Marine Corps and Oregon National Guard, I’m driven to serve Oregonians. Prior to starting Ross Law, I represented the people as a Deputy District Attorney. Now, I lead Ross Law in advocating for clients in and out of the courtroom, negotiating settlements, and getting justice.
I enjoy spending my spare time with my beautiful wife and awesome kids, hiking, running, snowboarding, and surfing.
I'm Phoebe, and I've been holding down the fort at Ross Law since 2018.
As a Portland native, I wear every hat necessary to fight for our clients. Whether I'm investigating your case, advocating on your behalf, managing your file from intake through resolution, or serving as Jeremiah's right hand, my focus is the same: getting justice for people who've been harmed. About Neslihan Hoover
I spent 16 years serving alongside my husband during his 24-year Air Force career, which took us to many states and countries. Along the way, I built a diverse background working as a legal secretary and paralegal in different places. Now that we’ve settled in Florida after his retirement, I’m enjoying remote work with the Ross Law team.
Outside of work, I love teaching yoga, traveling, and camping with our two kids and my amazing husband.
